Cinnamon Roll Bread
for 12 loaves
Grind two hoppers of wheat
Cinnamon Roll Bread
start with 1 gallon very warm water, 2 hoppers of wheat
2 cups sugar, 2 T salt, 3T yeast, 1 C oil. Finish with white flour
we flattened 1lb 12oz portions into a thin rectangle about as wide as the pan is long. Spread with butter, sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon. Rolled very tightly. We did four batches, giving us around 50 loaves, there were about 8 -10 left over.
For topping, combine softened cream cheese with softened butter and powdered sugar, and vanilla
for a large amount we used 1 block of cream cheese from Sam's, 1 lb of butter, an entire Sams bag of powdered sugar, and a Tablespoon of vanilla
Maggie Nolia Hot Brown
Ingredients:
Thick sliced Crustless White bread
White cheese gravy, Sliced chicken Tomato slices, Crispy bacon
In a baking dish, lay down your bread , one slice for every person
Lay your chicken on the bread, top with the tomato slices, then cover with the white cheese gravy
Bake in oven on 350 until it is bubbly. Then , top with crispy bacon slices
You need an adult to help with cooking

Darlin Dove's Chocolate Cheesecake
(Needed items)
24 oz of cream cheese
3/4 cup of sugar
5 tps of cornstarch
4 eggs
1 egg yoke
12 oz of chocolate chips
3/4 cup of sour cream
1 1/4 tps of vanilla
(For the glaze)
12 oz of Dove Chocolate
2 T of Real Butter
#1 Mix the cream cheese, sugar and corn starch
#2 Add the eggs
#3 Pour in the melted chocolate withsour cream and vanilla
#4 Pour mixture into the crust
(Best crust is the oreo cookie crust or make your own brownie crust)
(If you use the brownie mix, you may want to put this in cupcake papers)
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Then turn oven down to 200 for 70 minutes.
Leave in oven an extra hour to be just perfect.
The glaze is to be added after the pie is cool. Crisscross this chocolate to give the image
of squares or a tiny spider web look.

"SEMI-MOLE" CINNAMON ROLLS
This recipe will be for 48 rolls at a time, multiplying the basic recipe by four.
DOUGH
1 cup of warm water
4 cups milk at room temp
4 eggs beaten 1 cup butter softened
1 cup of sugar
2t salt
16 cups of flour(We use half white wheat we ground and half store bought flour
2T vanilla(Our vanilla comes from Honduras)
Filling for each roll of twelve
1 cub br sugar
1T cinnamon
1/4 softened butter
Icing for Four Batches
16oz cream cheese softened
1 cup butter softened
1t vanilla
2T milk
6 cups of powdered sugar
2t cinnamon
Take the risen dough and divide into four sections. Then roll out each section 18" by 12". Cover with 1 stick of softened butter. Cover with cup of brown sugar and a tbs cinnamon. Then roll mixture into a cylinder then slice into 12 pieces.
Repeat 4 times
Bake for twenty minutes at 350 and serve warm with icing applied. Yummy for you amazing critter fans!!!!
Wolfy's Holiday Pumpkin Pie
This delicious dessert is for two pies.
We take the easy way out and buy two deep-dish pie shells from the grocery store.
It is also very important to have pumpkins from the Critter church Pumpkin FestivalJ
Filling:
6 eggs
29 ounces of real pumpkin insides
(We cut a whole pumpkin in fourths, removing all the seeds and stringy part. Then place meat side down on a cookie sheet. Next we place in oven for about an hour or till a fork can easily slide in. You want it to be as easy to mash as a mashed potato. The temperature is 325.You need to let it cool before you separate the meat substance from the skin. The pumpkin meat will then need to be smashed thoroughly for the mixture.)
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground ginger
2 cups evaporated milk
We have found the pie to taste much better if we place in all the individual spices instead of just using a pre-mixed pumpkin pie spice.
Directions
1) Beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Add pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, cloves, nutmeg and ginger; beat just until wonderfully smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Pour into pie shells.
2) Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; bake 40-45 minutes longer or until a BullyWink approved knifeJ is inserted near the center and comes out “sparkling clean.” Cool the pies in a place that other sniffing critters won’t steal and eat before you are ready.
3) Now, it is time to thoroughly enjoy this delicious treat with your whole critter family or… maybe just a special treat for you with your Starbucks Coffee.

Bullywink Crunch
Take the meat out of enough scuppernongs (Florida grapes to place one layer at the bottom of a 9 in baking dish. Remove the seeds from these grapes.
Then place the remaining hulls and 3 cups of grapes in a pan and turn the stove on medium. continue to stir them until the juice is bubbling. Do not add water. You can let them simmer awhile to get as much juice as possible.
In another bowl, mix well
1 cup brown sugar,
1 cup real butter, melted,
1 Cup flour,
1 cup oats
Pour the grape mixture through a colander or strainer to separate liquid. Then pour juice into mixture in bowl. Stir well then pour over grapes in baking dish
bake at 350 for 45 minutes
Great with vanilla ice cream on top
